Tesla Cloud: Connect / Remove From S3XY Buttons

This article will guide you through the steps to add & remove the newly added Tesla Cloud features to your existing S3XY Buttons inside the S3XY App.

1️⃣ How to assign a function to brand new (unused) buttons?

• Go to the Tesla Cloud tab.
• Press on the ➕ icon.
• Press and hold on your physical S3XY Button to connect it (or choose APP BUTTON to create a virtual in-app button).
• Press PAIR on the system screen (press PAIR twice if you are on Android), and then a button will be shown on your screen.
• To change a function to that newly added Button, press and hold on it until a pop-up comes up.

2️⃣ How to pair in-use S3XY Buttons to the new features?

Note: Keep in mind that one Button can only work either with Cloud features or with the Commander features.

• Go inside the S3XY Hub and choose the Button you want to use for the newly added features.
• Press and hold it inside the app until a pop-up allows you to erase it from your setup, and then press Remove Button.
• From the S3XY Hub, navigate to the Tesla Cloud tab.
• Press on the ➕ icon inside the screen to add a new button.
• Press and hold on your physical S3XY Button to connect it (or choose APP BUTTON to create a virtual in-app button).
• Then press the PAIR system buttons that will pop up (press PAIR twice if you are on Android).
• After that, your physical S3XY button will be connected, and you can press and hold it to add the desired feature to it.

3️⃣ How to un-pair or FORGET a Tesla Cloud button?

• Press and hold the Virtual Button inside the S3XY App that you want to unpair until a pop-up comes up. In it, choose the Remove Button option to delete this Button from the app.
• Then go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and find the Not Connected device that starts with ENH_BTN name.
• If you are on an iOS device, press the ℹ️ icon next to the not-connected device and choose the Forget This Device option (if you are on an Android device, press the Unpair button in your Bluetooth settings).
• Then, this Button will be refreshed and ready for new use as a Commander button in the S3XY Hub or a new Tesla Cloud button.
