Collection of Tesla User Credentials

The S3XY Buttons app does not collect your password or email used to authenticate to your Tesla account. You log in directly to the Tesla site and Tesla provides the S3XY Buttons app with a token. Only if you choose to use the app to start the car, you enter your password. In that case, your password is securely stored in iOS keychain (heavily encrypted) and is not stored on any server. Your Tesla email/password is not visible to us or anyone else.

Collection of User and Car Data

The S3XY Buttons app does not collect Personally-Identifying Information but it collects data such as metrics and configurations related to your car (e.g. miles driven, state of charge, car name, color and specification, etc). The collected data is used for the sole purpose of being used in this app. Your data is not shared or sold to any third-party.

The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to distinguish different users from each other for debugging purposes and usage statistics. Links to the privacy policy of third-party service providers used:

Your Rights

Based on the laws of some countries, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect from you, change that information, or delete it in some circumstances. To request to review, update, or delete your personal information, please email [email protected]. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

In no event shall S3XY Buttons app be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the features provided by the S3XY Buttons app, even if S3XY Buttons app developer has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
